Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Kerttula: Page 1, line 6, following "consist of": Delete "nine" Insert "eleven" Page 2, line 3: Delete "and" Page 2, line 4: Delete "." Insert ";" Page 2, following line 4: Insert "(G) a local building official; and (H) a local fire prevention official." Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Dahlstrom objected. Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 269(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Objection was heard. CSHB 269(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
